Built in 2015, by VT Halter Marine Incorporated of Pascagoula, Mississippi (hull #2020) as the Donna J. Bouchard for the Bouchard Transportation Company of Melville, New York.
Named for the sister of Morton Bouchard III, the President, and Chief Executive Officer of Bouchard Transportation Company.
In 2021, the unit was acquired by Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug was renamed as the Robin Marie. And her barge was renamed as the Joni Lee.
Powered by two, Tier III compliant, EMD 20-710-67C diesel engines. With Lufkin RS41000HG reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.0:1. Turning two, 148(in) by 178(in), Hung Shen, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers, mounted in Nautican kort nozzles, and triple rudders. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 10,000 horsepower.
Outfitted with an INTERcon Model 64, coupler system, with 64(in) diameter pins. Her coupler system features a lightering mode. Where in the rams are retracted to disengage the tooth connection, and rotated ninety degrees to allow access to bronze friction plates. The rams are then re-engaged. The friction plates allow the tug to move vertically within the barge ladders while maintaining longitudinal control.
The tug's electrical service is provided by three, Tier III compliant, 200kW, John Deere 6090AFM85 generator sets. With an additional Tier III compliant, 150kW, John Deere 6068AFM85 generator set. The tug's capacities are 293,812 gallons of fuel, 11,718 gallons of water, 5295 gallons lube oil, 415 gallons of auxiliary lube oil, 729 gallons of of hydraulic oil, and 374,854 gallons of ballast.
Her towing equipment consists of two INTERcon, electric capstans mounted on the bow and stern.
The tug is also outfitted with a Hyde Guardian Ballast Water Management System rated at 660 Gallons Per Minute), a Hiller Fire Monitor rated at 1,300 Gallons Per Minute, a US Watermaker rated at 900 Gallons Per Day, a Wilson Walton ICCP System, and a Trash compactor.
