In 2005, she was acquired by Daigle Towing Services Incorporated of Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2008, the tug was acquired by Dupre Marine Transportation Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as Alva Dupre.
In 2011, Dupre Marine Transportation Incorporated renamed the tug as the Kathleen Dupre.
In 2014, she was acquired by Quality Tug Services LLC. of Broussard, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the God's Grace.
In 2018, the tug was acquired by Diamond Boats Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Diamond Shore.
In 2021, she was acquired by the Holden Marine Towing Incorporated of Fernandina Beach, Florida. Where the tug was renamed the Bayou Warrior.
She is a twin screw tug, rated at 700 horsepower.
