Built in 1999, by Progressive Industrial Incorporated of Palmetto, Florida (hull #146) as the Osprey for the Fisher Island Community Association of Miami, Florida.

In 2021, the tug was acquired by Stasinos Marine LLC. of Weymouth, Massachusetts. Where she retained her name.

In 2022, she was acquired by the J.E. Sheehan Contracting Corporation of Potsdam, New York. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, Tier III compliant, John Deere 6135 diesel engines, with Twin Disc reduction gears at a ratio of 15:1. Turning two, 38 (in) four bladed, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat rated at 750 horsepower.

The tug's capacities are 3,000 gallons of fuel, and 5 gallons of lube oil. Her towing equipment consists two, 5 ton, Nabrico, manually operated face winches mounted on the bow.
