Built in 2016, by A and B Industries Incorporated of Amelia, Louisiana (hull #372) as the Belinda B. for Weeks Marine Incorporated of Cranford, New Jersey.

In 2022, the tug was acquired by the McNally Construction Company of Hamilton, Ontario. A subsidiary of Weeks Marine Incorporated of Cranford, New Jersey. Where she was renamed as the W.A. Reid.

She is a twin screw tug, rated at 669 horsepower.
