MEGAN E. DUPRE (1981)

Built in 1981, by Patti Marine Enterprises Incorporated of Pensacola, Florida (hull #107) as the Sylvia Curole Huey L. Cheramie Incorporated of Lafayette, Louisiana.

In 1995, the tug was acquired by Pioneer Marine Incorporated of Tampa, Florida. Where she was renamed as the Big Roy.

In 2006, she was acquired by Offshore Specialty Fabricators LLC. of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Megan E. Dupre.

In 2008, the tug was acquired by the Dupre Marine Transportation Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2013, she was sold and renamed as the Ms. Zoe.

In 2021, the tug was sold and renamed as the Patriot.

In 2022, she was sold and renamed as the Isla Rose.

In 2022, the tug phased out of active service and was "laid up" at Houma, Louisiana. She was a twin screw tug, rated at 1,000 horsepower.
