Built in 2006, by Bollinger Shipyard Incorporated of Lockport, Louisiana (hull #500) as the Linda Lee Bouchard for the Bouchard Transportation Company of Melville, New York.
The tug is named for Linda Lee Bouchard. The wife of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bouchard Affiliates, Morton S. Bouchard III.
In 2020, the tug was placed out of service, and was "laid up" at Staten Island, New York.
In 2021, the unit was acquired by the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where she retained her name.
In 2021, she was chartered by Unico Commodities of Houston, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Bella.
In 2021, the unit was returned to the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the unit retained her name.
In 2022, Centerline Logistics renamed the tug as the Osprey.
Powered by two, EMD GM R16-645-F7B, turbo charged diesel engines. With Reinjes GMBH WAF 3455 reduction gears. Turning two, Bollinger Machine Shop, Aquamet 17, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 6,140 horsepower.
The tug is fitted with an INTERcon coupler system. Although she was fitted with a coupler system. The tug is also outfitted with traditional towing gear.
Her electrical service is provided by three, Tier II compliant, 99kW Baybren M60HAC-006 generator sets. The tug's capacities are 156,234 gallons of fuel, 804 gallons of hydraulic oil, 7,990 gallons of lube oil, and 11,084 gallons of potable water.
