In 2008, the tug was acquired by Teppco Marine Services Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Binion Cenac.

In 2010, she was acquired by Enterprise Marine Services Incorporated of San Antonio, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Jack Binion.
