Built in 2019, by John Bludworth Shipyard of Corpus Christi, Texas (hull #165) as the Ouizee for Maritime Partners LLC. of Metairie, Louisiana.

The vessel is named after Louise Brooks, the mother of Maritime Partners LLC. co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Bick Brooks.

In 2020, the tug was chartered to the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug was renamed as the Raymond Butler.

Powered by two Tier III Cummins QSK38M1 diesel engines. With Reintjes WAF 665 reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.95:1. Turning two, 82(in), four bladed propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 2,600 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 99kW, Cummins generator sets. The tug's capacities are 38,143 gallons of fuel, 350 gallons of lube oil, 14,367 gallons of water, 150 gallons of gear oil, and 100 gallons of hydraulic oil.
