In 2008, the tug was acquired by Teppco Marine Services Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Richard Cenac.

In 2009, she was acquired by Enterprise Marine Services Incorporated of San Antonio, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Richard.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA38-M2 diesel engines. She was a twin screw towboat, rated at 2,400 horsepower.
