In 1969, she was acquired by Atlantic Gulf and Pacific Company Incorporated of New York, New York. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1970, the tug was acquired by Sand Equipment Associates Incorporated of Chicago, Illinois. Where she retained her name.
In 1973, she was acquired by the Tunnel Builders Equipment Company of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1978, the tug was acquired by the Tidewater Equipment Corporation of Norfolk, Virginia. Where she retained her name.
In 1995, she was acquired by the Skanska Group of New York, New York. Where she retained her name.
In 2020, she was phased out of active service and she was "laid up" at Norfolk, Virginia.
