Built in 1963, by Main Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #119) as the Ronnie for Pitre and Guidry Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana.

In 1976, the tug was acquired by Louis and Janavee Tugs Incorporated of Cut Off, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

1996, she was acquired by Coastal Marine Construction Incorporated of Venice, Florida. Where the tug was renamed as the Jenny.

In 2022, the tug was acquired by Muddy Creek Marine LLC. of Harwich, Massachusetts. Where the tug was renamed as the Bethany Grace.

She is a twin screw tug, rated at 616 horsepower.
