Built in 1963, by the Diesel Shipbuilding Company of Jacksonville, Florida (hull #122) as the Ring Power for Seminole Ninety Incorporated of Longwood, Florida.

In 1995, she was acquired by Gillmore Marine Contracting Incorporated of Cotuit, Massachusetts. Where the tug was renamed as the Eileen G.

In 2015, Gillmore Marine Contracting Incorporated was acquired by Beacon Marine Construction of Mashpee, Massachusetts. Where she was renamed as the First Light.

In 2020, the tug was acquired by Stasinos Marine LLC. of Weymouth, Massachusetts. Where she was renamed as Patricia Jean.

In 2023, she was acquired by Down East Marine Towing of Trescot Township, Maine. Where the tug was renamed as the Sea Lark.

Powered by a single, Caterpillar D343 diesel engine. She is a single screw tug, rated at 200 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by one, 15kW; three cylinder, Lister generator set. The tug's capacities are 1,000 gallons of fuel, 25 gallons of lube oil, and 10 gallons of hydraulic oil.
