Built in 2022, by Rodriguez Shipbuilding Incorporated of Coden, Alabama (hull #324) as the Boyce B for Weeks Marine Incorporated of Cranford, New Jersey.

Powered by two, Tier III compliant, Cummins QSK-19 MRCS diesel engines. With Twin Disc MGX-5222 DC reduction gears at a ratio of, 6.961. Turning two, four bladed, 82(in) by 67(in), fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,600 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 75kW, Cummins QSB-7 DM generator sets. The tug's capacities are 21,107 gallons of fuel, 25,080 gallons of water and 884 gallons of lube oil, and 111 gallons of hydraulic oil.

The tug's towing equipment consists of two, Wintech HW40-E7.5 double-drum winches, with 150' of 1" synthetic 40-ton wire.
