In 1977, the tug was acquired by the Touchard Marine Towing Corporation of Vinton, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Eddie P. Touchard.
In 1982, she was acquired by the E.S.T. Barge Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Joseph R.
In 1983, the tug was acquired by Winslow Marine Incorporated of Falmouth, Maine. Where she was renamed as the Charles Winslow.
In 2022, the tug was phased out of active service. And was "laid up" at South Portland, Maine.
In 2023, she was acquired by Stasinos Marine LLC. of Weymouth, Massachusetts. Where the tug was renamed as the David Winslow.
Powered by two, Detroit Diesel 12-V71 diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG514 reduction gears, at a ratio of at a 4.5:1 ratio. Turning two, bronze, four bladed, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 800 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 20kW, Delco generator sets.
Driven by two Detroit Diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 4,500 gallons of fuel, 500 gallons of water, and a 100 gallon holding tank.
