Built in 2018, by C & C Marine and Repair of Belle Chasse, Louisiana (hull #NGS-110) as the Charles Reid Perry for the Marquette Transportation Company of Paducah, Kentucky.

Named after the grandson of John Eckstein, Marquette Transportation’s executive chairman.

Powered by three, Cummins QSK60-M diesel engines, with Steerprop SP25D z-drives, with 87(in) by 95(in) propellers , for a rated 6,600 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 275 kW, Cummins QSM11-DM generator sets. The tug's capacities are 116,100 gallons of diesel fuel oil and 1,000 gallons of lube oil.
