Built in 2022, by Main Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #457) as the Jock Cenac for the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas.

Originally constructed for the Cenac Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. However, the Cenac Towing Company was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas in 2019.

In 2023, the tug was acquired by the Carver Marine Towing Company of Ravena, New York. Where she was renamed as the Erin Elizabeth.

Powered by three, Cummins QSK 38 turbo charged diesel engines. With Twin Disc MGX 5321 DC reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.96:1. Turning three, 72(in) by 65(in), five bladed, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a triple screw towboat with flanking rudders, rated at 3,900 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 99kW Northern Lights generator sets. Driven by two, six cylinder, John Deere Model 4045 diesel engines.

The towing equipment consists of two, 7.5 horsepower, DF-1-40-11R, 40 ton Nabrico electric / hydraulic upright winches mounted on the bow. And two, 7.5 horsepower, F-1-40-11R40-ton Nabrico electric / hydraulic upright winches mounted midship.
