Built in 2022, by Nichols Boat Company of Greenville, Mississippi (hull #26) as the Hull 026 on speculation.

In 2023, the tug was acquired by Southern Devall Towing of Sulphur, Louisiana, where she was renamed the Larry Walker.

Powered by two, Tier IV Compliant, Caterpillar 3512E diesel engines. With Reintjes WAF 773V reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.154:1 . Turning two, 88(in) by 65.7(in), fixed pitch, stainless steel, propellers. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 3,400 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 125kW, John Deere generator sets. The tug's capacities are 59,100 gallons of fuel, 14,680 gallons of potable water, 24,550 gallons of wash water/ballast water, 900 gallons of engine oil, and 900 gallons of gear oil.
