Built in 1980, by the Houma Shipbuilding Company of Houma, Louisiana (hull #71) as the Lady Ora for Falgout Marine Incorporated of Lockport, Louisiana.

In 1999, the tug was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2000, she was acquired by the R and B Falcon Drilling Company of Houston, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Island Eagle.

In 2007, the tug was acquired by Greater New York Marine Transportation Incorporated of Syossett, New York. Where she was renamed as the Capt. Zeke.

In 2014, she was acquired by the Ryba Marine Construction Company of Cheboygan, Michigan. Where the tug was renamed as the Thomas R. Morrish.

Powered by two, Detroit Diesel 16V-92 diesel engines. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
