In 1931, the vessel was acquired by the Union Fish Company of Erie, Pennsylvania. Where she retained her name.
In 1952, she was acquired by Finnegan, Smith and Holzer Incorporated of Buffalo, New York. Where the vessel was converted to a towing vessel, and retained her name.
In 1954, the tug was acquired by J. Robert Chalmers of Buffalo, New York. Where she retained her name.
In 1955, she was acquired by the Frontier Marine Contracting Company of Buffalo, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Venture.
In 1970, the tug was acquired by Steven A. Redding of West Sayville, New York. Where she retained her name.
In 1971, she was acquired by Shellfish Incorporated of West Sayville, New York. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1984, the tug was acquired by the Ryba Marine Construction Company of Cheboygan, Michigan. Where she retained her name.
In 1998, the Ryba Marine Construction Company renamed the tug as the Amber Mae.
In 2018, she was acquired by Pearl Beach Construction of Washburn, Wisconsin. Where the was renamed as the Courtney Danielle.
She is a single screw tug, rated at 500 horsepower.
