Built in 1966, by Jakobson Shipyard Incorporated of Oyster Bay, New York (hull #430) as the Eugenia Moran for the Moran Towing Corporation of New York, New York.

In 2018, the tug was phased out of active service, and was "laid up" at Norfolk, Virginia.

In 2022, the tug was slated to be scrapped at Staten Island, New York.

In 2023, she was acquired by Admiral Towing and Salvage LLC. of Staten Island, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Norseman.

Powered by a single, sixteen cylinder, EMD diesel engine. She was a single screw tug, rated at 2,875 horsepower.

Her electrical service was provided by one 60kW generator set, and a 40kW generator set. The tug's capacities were 45,965 gallons of fuel.
