Built in 1968, by the Mississippi Marine Corporation of Greenville, Mississippi (hull #13) as the Debbie Lee for the M and M Towing Company of Greenville, Mississippi.

In 1974, the tug was acquired by the Sanpan Towing Company Incorporated of Greenville, Mississippi. Where she retained her name.

In 1979, she was acquired by the Magnolia Marine Transport Company of Jackson, Mississippi. Where the tug was renamed as the Leslie B.

In 2021, the tug was acquired by River Marine Enterprises LLC. of Paducah, Kentucky. Where she was renamed as the Capt. Lonnie Ryan.

In 2022, she was acquired by Knight Towing LLC. of Rosiclare, Illinois. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2023, the tug was acquired by the Audubon Sand and Gravel Company of Henderson, Kentucky. Where she was renamed as the Collins.

Powered by two, Caterpillar 3512B diesel engines. With HRV-1711 Haley reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.52:1. Turning two, 82(in) by 64(in), Coolidge, four bladed, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 2,400 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 105kW, Caterpillar generator sets. The tug's capacities are 48,079 gallons of fuel, 898 gallons of lube oil, and 9,000 gallons of water.

The towing equipment consists of four, 40 ton BeBee face winches.
