Built in 1977, by Delmar Systems Incorporated of Larose, Louisiana as the Paul L.E. Helliwell for Demarcon Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana.
In 1986, the tug was acquired by the Allied Transportation Company of Norfolk, Virginia. Where she was renamed as the Sea Raven.
In 1989, she acquired by the American Offshore Fleet Company of Galliano, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Christina R. Guidry.
In 1997, the tug was acquired by Crowley Marine Services Incorporated of San Francisco, California. Where she was renamed as the Goliah.
In 2000, she was acquired by the Aqua Verde Company of Asuncion, Paraguay. Where the tug was renamed as the Papu Mar.
She was powered by two, twelve cylinder, Alco diesel engines. She was a twin screw tug, rated at 4,200 horsepower.
