The tug was later acquired by Chotin Transportation Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2000, the tug was acquired by R and W Marine Incorporated of Paducah, Kentucky. Where she retained her name.

In 2002, she was acquired by the Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee. Where she retained her name.

Powered by two, GM 12-645E7 diesel engines. With Falk reduction gears, at a ratio of 3.958:1. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 4,300 horsepower.
