In 2005, the tug was acquired by the Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee. Where she was renamed as the Willard Hammond.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA38-M1 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 7:1. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,600 horsepower.
