In 1984, the tug was acquired by the Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee. Where she was renamed as the Cindy L.

In 2019, she was acquired by Mavericks Towboat Solutions LLC. of Paducah, Kentucky. Where she retained her name.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA19-M diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.48:1. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,000 horsepower.
