In 1984, the tug was acquired by by Cumberland and Ohio Incorporated of Nashville, Tennessee. Where she was renamed as the Robert D.

In 1985, she was acquired by Cherokee Marine Incorporated of Nashville, Tennessee. Where the tug was renamed as the David K.

In 1992, the tug was acquired by the Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee. Where she was renamed as the David K. Wilson.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA38-M1 diesel engines. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,800 horsepower.
