In 1991, she was acquired by the Mid-South Towing Company of Metropolis, Illinois. Where the tug retained her name.

In 1994, the Mid-South Towing Company renamed the tug as the Cecilia M.

In 2002, the Mid-South Towing Company became the TECO Barge Line Incorporated Metropolis, Illinois. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2006, TECO Barge Line Incorporated renamed the tug as the Sam Litrico.

In 2007, TECO Barge Line Incorporated renamed the tug as the Hercules.

In 2012, she was acquired by the Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2019, the Ingram Barge Company renamed the tug as the David M. O'Loughlin.
