In 2022, she was acquired by Tala Marine LLC. of Galliano, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Phillip Joseph.

In 2024, the tug was acquired by Trinity Tugs LLC. of Galliano, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Adam J. Daigle.

Powered by two, Cummins KT19-M diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.16:1. Turning two, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 900 horsepower.
