Built in 1981, by the Albert Ortis Boat Building Company of Krotz Springs, Louisiana (hull #44) as the Harry Brindell for Midland Enterprises Incorporated of Cincinnati, Ohio.

In 1981, Federal Barge Lines Incorporated of St. Louis, Missouri was contracted to operated the vessel.

In 2002, the tug was acquired by the Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee. Where she retained her name.

In 2020, she was acquired by Deloach Marine Services LLC. of Port Allen, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2022, the tug was acquired by the Intracoastal Tug and Barge Company of Maurice, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Relentless.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA-38-M3 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 7:1. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,800 horsepower.
