Built in 1981, by Orange Shipbuilding Incorporated of Orange, Texas (hull #226) as the Western 101 for the Western Company of Houma, Louisiana.

In 1995, the tug was acquired by the BJ Services Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the BJ 101.

In 2017, she was acquired by Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Miss Jenny.

In 2018, the tug was acquired by Drury Land and Marine Incorporated of Blackshear, Georgia. Where she retained her name.

In 2021, she was acquired by Skiffs Creek Towing Incorporated of Yorktown, Virginia. Where the tug was renamed as the Caroline.

Powered by two, GM 12V-71 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.17:1. Turning two, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 800 horsepower.
