Built in 1947, by Parker Brothers Shipyard Incorporated of Houston, Texas (hull #10) as the Chas R. Moore for Parker Brothers and Company of Houston, Texas.

In 2005, the tug was acquired by Bridge Construction Services Incorporated of Huntington, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Harbor II.

In 2015, she was acquired by Eastern Barge Services Incorporated of Syossett, New York (a subsidy of the Greater New York Marine Transportation Incorporated of Syossett, New York.) Where the tug retained her name.

In 2020, the tug was phased out of active service and was "laid up" at Staten Island, New York.

She was a twin screw tug, rated at 250 horsepower.
