Built in 2024, by Master Boat Builders Incorporated of Coden, Alabama (hull #479) as the Artemis for the Suderman and Young Towing Company of Houston, Texas.

She is a Z-Tech 30-85 series tractor tug. Designed by the Naval Architecture firm, Robert Allan Limited of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Along with the Bay Houston Towing Company of Houston, Texas. The Suderman and Young Towing Company is part of a combined operating company, the G and H Towing Company of Houston, Texas.

Powered by two, Tier IV compliant, Caterpillar 3516E-HD diesel engines. Lufkin MV 1600S reduction gears, at a ratio of 2.00:1. With two, Schottel SRP-510 FP z-drives. She is a twin screw tractor tug, rated at 7,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 125kW, John Deere 6068AFM85 generator sets. The tug's capacities are 42,620 gallons of fuel, 815 gallons of lube oil, 6,700 gallons of potable water, 32,500 of ballast water, and 2,100 gallons of Diesel Exhaust fluid (DEF).

The towing equipment consists of a Markey DEPCF-48S, Auto Render / Recover winch. She is also a FIFI Vessel Class 1 rated at 11,600 Gallons Per Minute utilizing water or foam.
