Built in 1979, by Sidney Henry Boat Builders Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana (hull #79-012) as the Victor D. for D and G Boat Rentals Incorporated of Berwick, Louisiana.
In 1987, the tug was acquired by Central Gulf Lines Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where she was rebuilt and renamed as the Sea Bull.
In 2009, she was acquired by Garber Brothers Incorporated Morgan City, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
Powered by two, Cummins KTA-19M3 diesel engines. With Twin Disc 518 reduction gears, at ratio of 6.1:1. Turning two, 62(in) by 54(in) Rolls Royce "D" style fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 40kW, Isuzu generator sets. The tug's capacities are 9,500 gallons of fuel, 8,000 gallons of water, and 110 gallons of lube oil.
The towing equipment consits of two, Nabrico, 40 ton face winches.
