Built in 2025, by Intracoastal Iron Works in Bourg, Louisiana (hull #206) as the Donny Mudgett, for Hines Furlong Line of Nashville, Tennessee.

In 2025, the tug was leased by Magnolia Marine Incorporated of Vicksburg, Mississippi. Where she retained her name.

Powered by three, Tier III compliant, Mitsubishi S6R2-Y3MPTAW diesel engines. With Reintjets reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.38.1:1. Turning three, 72(in) x 64(in) propellers. She is a triple screw tug, rated at 2,400 horsepower.

The tug's electrical service is provided by two, 65kW Marathon generator sets. The tugs capacities are 24,760 gallons of fuel, 216 gallons of hydraulic oil, 429 gallons of lube oil, 213 gallons of gear oil and 11,894 gallons of potable water.

The tug's towing gear consists of two 40 ton Wintech winches, mounted on the bow.
