Built in 1996, by Sea Boats Incorporated of Fall River, Massachusetts (hull #5) as the King Philip for Sea Boats Incorporated of Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
Launched in 1998, the tug was designed by Naval Architect Jonathan Laiby of Woods Hole, Massachusetts for Donald Church Sea Boats Incorporated of Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
In 2012, the tug was acquired by Hydrotrans Services Limited of Panama City, Panama. Where she was renamed as the Olon.
She was powered by two, of Caterpillar D399, turbo charged, diesel engines. With Reintjes 5.976 reduction gears. Turning two, fixed pitch propellers, for a rated 2,250 horsepower.
Her towing gear consisted of a single drum, Almon Johnson towing winch. Outfitted 2,000(ft) of 2(in) towing wire, and a stern roller. Driven by a dedicated GM4-71 diesel engine.
