Built in 1980, by Swiftships Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana (hull #0263) as the offshore supply vessel C/Commodore for the Mariner Equipment Company of New Orleans, Louisiana.
The Mariner Equipment Company later renamed the OSV as the Mar 10.
The OSV was later acquired by Moody Brothers of Jacksonville, Florida. Where the OSV retained its name.
In 1989, the OSV was acquired by Uaukewai Diving Salvage Fish Incorporated of Honolulu, Hawaii. Where the OSV was rebuilt as a towing vessel and renamed as the Na'ina.
In 1999, the tug was acquired by the Smith Maritime Company Honolulu, Hawaii. Which was a part of the Hawaiian Interisland Towing Company of Honolulu, Hawaii. Where she was renamed the Na'ina.
In 2007, the Smith Maritime Company was acquired by the K-Sea Transportation Partnership Incorporated of East Brunswick, New Jersey. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2011, the K-Sea Transportation Partnership Incorporated was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where she retained her name.
In 2022, she was acquired by the P and R Water Taxi Company of Honolulu, Hawaii. Where the tug was renamed the Moi.
She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,560 horsepower.
