Built in 1951, by Lester F. Alexander and Company of New Orleans, Louisiana as the Frederick Bouchard for the Bouchard Transportation Company of New York, New York.
In 1951, the tug was acquired by the Moran Towing Company of New York, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Betty Moran.
In 1956, she was acquired by the Russell Brothers Towing Company (Newtown Creek Towing Company) of New York, New York. Where she was renamed as the Russell 16.
In 1961, the tug was acquired by the McAllister Brothers Towing Company of New York, New York. Where initially, the tug retained her name.
In 1963, the McAllister Brothers Towing Company renamed the tug as the Nancy McAllister.
The tug was then acquired by the Kehoe Transportation Company of New York, New York. Where she was renamed as the Erin Kehoe.
In 1986, she was acquired by Russell Trip of the Bay State Towing Company of Boston, Massachusetts. Where the tug was renamed as the Tammy M. However in the 1990's, the tug was scrapped. She was single screw tug, rated at 1,000 horsepower.
