Built in 1994, by North American Shipbuilding Incorporated of Larose, Louisiana (hull #150) as the C-Tractor 11 for Edison Chouest Offshore Marine Services Incorporated of Galliano, Louisiana.

In 2011, the tug was chartered to SeaBulk Towing Services Incorporated of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Where she retained her name.

In 2012, she was returned to Edison Chouest Offshore Marine Services. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, twelve cylinder, Caterpillar 3512 diesel engines. With Ulstein z-drives mounted aft. For a rated 4,800 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 150kW generator sets. The tug's capacities are 35,000 gallon of fuel oil, and 20,000 gallons of water.

The tug's deck machinery consists of a single drum, BRATTV render/recover winch mounted on the tug's bow. And a double drum, BRATTV render/recover winch, mounted on her stern.
