Built in 1978, by Main Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #330) as the Angie Hebert for Gulf International Marine Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana.
In 1980, the tug was acquired by the Reinauer Transportation Companies of Staten Island, New York. Where she was renamed as the Leigh Ann Reinauer.
In 1995, she was acquired by the Crosby Marine Transportation Company of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Crosby Commander.
In 2017, the tug sank in the Gulf of Mexico, 30 nautical miles south of Marsh Island, Louisiana.
She was powered by two, GM 16V-149 diesel engines. The was twin screw tug, rated at 3,000 horsepower.
Her electrical service was provided by two, 40 kW generator sets. The tug's capacities were 28,000 gallons of fuel oil, and 5,000 gallons of potable water.
The tug's towing gear consisted of a single drum, Smatco towing winch.
