Built in 1941, by RTC Shipbuilding Incorporated of Camden, New Jersey (hull #134) as the Geo. Whitlock for the Spentonbush Fuel Transport Service Incorporated of Brooklyn, New York.

In 1941, the vessel was acquired by the the United States Navy. Where she was designated as YO -57. And, allocated to the 1st Naval District at Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

In 1947, she was transferred to the United States Maritime Commission for disposal. Where the vessel retained her designation.

In 1947, the vessel was acquired Spentonbush Fuel Transport Service Incorporated of Brooklyn, New York. Where she was renamed as the J.A. Cummings.

In 1965, she was acquired by the New England Petroleum Company of Jacksonville, Florida. Where the vessel was renamed as the Nepco 10.

In 1970, she was acquired by Boston Fuel Transportation Company of East Boston, Massachusetts (a subsidiary of the Reinauer Transportation Companies of Staten Island, New York.) Where the vessel was renamed as the Karen Tibbetts.

In 1984, the vessel was acquired by the Gellatly Petroleum and Towing Corporation of Hopewell Junction, New York. Where she was renamed as the Mary Gellatly.

In 1990, the vessel was acquired by the Anderson Transportation Company of New York, New York. Where she was renamed as the Atco Mary Lee.

In 1993, she was acquired by undisclosed foreign interests. Where she was renamed as the Fayou K.

In 1993, the vessel was renamed as the Nori.

In 2001, the vessel went out of documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown.
