Built in 1974, by Terrebonne Shipbuilding Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #3) as the Bronx 6 for the Bronx Towing Line Incorporated of New York, New York.
The tug was later acquired by the Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company of Oak Brook, Illinois. Where she was renamed as the William J. McCormack.
The Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company later renamed the tug as the William F. Pagendarm.
She was then acquired by Barker Marine Limited of New York, New York. Where she was the Barker Boys.
In 2008, Barker Marine Limited was acquired by Buchanan Marine Limited of New Haven, Connecticut. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2009, Buchanan Marine Limited renamed the tug as the Buchanan 16.
In 2013, the tug was acquired by Balico Fox Marine Services of Paramus, New Jersey. Where the tug was renamed as the BF Jersey.
In 2015, she was acquired by the Fox Marine Corporation of Easton, Pennsylvania. Where the tug was renamed as the Foxy 3.
She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,600 horsepower.
