MISS ROBIN
Built in 1981, by Bayou Black Shipyard Incorporated of Gibson, Louisiana (hull #14) as the Miss Robin for the North Bank Towing Company of Berwick, Louisiana.
In 2008, the tug was acquired by Odyssea Vessels Incorporated of Berwick, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.
In 2008, she was acquired by the Crosby Marine Transportation Company of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Crosby Mariner.
In 2020, the tug was phased out of active service and was "laid up" at Houma, Louisiana.
Powered by two, Caterpillar 3412 TA diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG 540 reduction gears at a ratio of 7:1. Turning two, 72(in) by 88(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She was a twin screw tug, rated 3,000 horsepower.
Her electrical service was provided by two, 40kW generator sets. The tug's capacities were 30,000 gallons of fuel oil, 400 gallons of lube oil, and 7,500 gallons of potable water.
The tug's towing gear consisted of an Amcon 270, double drum, "waterfall" towing winch. Outfitted with 1,800(ft) of 1.25(in) wire.
