Built in 1965, by the Martinoloch Shipbuilding Company of Tacoma, Washington as the Jenny Foss for the Foss Maritime Company of Tacoma, Washington.

In 2005, she was acquired by the Northland Vessel Leasing Company of Olympia, Washington. Where she was renamed as the Seaco.

In 2006, the tug was acquired by Crowley Marine Services Incorporated of San Francisco, California. Where she was renamed as the St. Michael.

In 2016, she was acquired by the Bent Marine Company of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Where the tug retained her name.

She is a twin screw tug, rated at 600 horsepower.
