Built in 1965, by Martinoloch Shipbuilding of Tacoma, Washington as the Sea Queen for Pacific Towboat of San Diego, California.

The tug was later acquired by Foss Maritime of Seattle, Wasington. Where she was renamed as the Mathilda Foss.

Her current and or final disposition is unknown.
