Built in 2001, by the Colle Towing Company of Pascagoula, Mississippi (hull #103) as the Daniel Colle for the Colle Towing Company of Pascagoula, Mississippi.
In 2010, the Colle Towing Company was acquired by the Signet Maritime Corporation of Houston, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2011, the Signet Maritime Corporation renamed the tug as the Signet Victory.
Powered by two, EMD 12-645E6 diesel engines. With AquaMaster 1350H z-drives, outfitted with two 84.6(in) by 70.67(in) four bladed, stainless steel propellers, for a rated 3,900 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 50kW Marathon generator sets. Driven by two, Cummins 6B5.9 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 34,000 gallons of fuel, 2,750 gallons of potable water.
The tug is outfitted with a Markey TDS-28 double drum, towing winch, outfitted with 2,000(ft) of 2.25(in) towing wire on each drum.
