In 2010, the Colle Towing Company was acquired by the Signet Maritime Corporation of Houston, Texas. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2011, the Signet Maritime Corporation renamed the tug as the Signet Spirit.
In 2020, she was acquired by Russell Marine LLC. of Channelview, Texas. Where the tug was renamed the Miss Angelica.
Powered by two, Cummins QSM11 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears. Turning two 58(in) by 52(in) four bladed, stainless steel, propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 710 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 30kW Marathon Electric Magna-Plus generator sets. Driven by two, Cummins 4B3.9-D(M) diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 9,000 gallons of fuel, 10,000 gallons of potable water, and 77 gallons of lube oil.
The towing equipment includes two, Patterson WWP-30E-5-10 winches. Outfitted with 130(ft) of Samson Amsteel Blue HMPE hawser.
