Built in 1994, by Main Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #391) as the Jaguar for Mobro Marine Incorporated of Green Cove Springs, Florida.
In 2006, the tug was acquired by the Poling-Cutler Marine Transportation Company of Freehold, New Jersey. Where she was renamed as the Kimberly Poling.
Powered by two, EMD 12-645E2 diesel engines. With Reintjes reduction gears. Turning two, 93(in) by 91(in), fixed pitch propellers, mounted in kort nozzles. For a rated 3,000 horsepower.
