In 1998, the tug was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Basin Eagle.
In 2001, the tug was acquired by the Delta Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Delta Parrot.
In 2011, she was acquired by Crosby Marine Transportation of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2012, the tug was acquired by the General Electric Company of Albany, New York. Where she was renamed as the HR Hawk. And, was rebuilt with a retractable pilothouse.
In 2016, she was acquired by the New York State Marine Highway Transportation Company of Troy, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Edna A.
Powered by two, GM 12V71 diesel engines. with MG-514 reduction gears, at a ratio of 6:1. Turning two, 60(in) by 48(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch, propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 900 horsepower.
