In 1992, the tug was chartered to F.J. O'Hara and sons Incorporated of East Boothbay, Maine. A subsidy of F.F. O'Hara and Sons Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2008, she was acquired by the Reinauer Transportation Companies of Staten Island, New York. Where she retained her name.
In 2014, she was acquired by Sea Fuels Marine Services Incorporated of New Bedford, Massachusetts. Where she was renamed as the Emma Nicole.
She is a twin screw tug, rated at 900 horsepower.
