Built in 1965 by Universal Iron Works of Houma, Louisiana as the Red Shindi (hull #64) for Tidewater Marine Services Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana.

In 1990, the tug was acquired by the Sacramento Tug Boat Company of Sacramento, California. Where she was renamed as Marne S.

In 1991, the tug was acquired by the Brusco Tug and Barge Company of Longview, Washigton. Where she was renamed as the Terri L. Brusco.

She is a twin screw tug, rated a 1,030 horsepower.
